Book Club Selections

As the founder of the Pulpwood Queens Book Club all books are selected after reading stacks of books and are chosen with great care and deliberation. Our main selection each month is the book we are to read to be discussed. Our backlist selection is also one I recommend to read that is a book that is not new but one that I feel did not get the readership it so deserved, or classic that should be read, thus I call this new reading initiative, A GOOD BOOK IS A GOOD BOOK!

Our Bonus book club selections are for our voracious readers and highly recommend you read all of them. I do!

Our Teen to Children’s books are selected as so many of our Pulpwood Queens as part of their literacy initiatives have started book club chapters for the younger set. The way we see it, our future book club members.

The Pulpwood Queens is an inclusive book club. We welcome all to join. Our motto is “where tiaras are mandatory and reading good books is the RULE!” Our sole mission and purpose is to promote authors, books, literacy, reading and help undiscovered authors get discovered in a big way!

A Lifetime Membership is $50 and includes your first read, “The Pulpwood Queens’ Tiara Wearing, Book Sharing Guide to Life”, (the first book you are to read as book club member), plus your official certificate and membership card, price is for $250 for the weekend package, $350 for non-members until May 1st when the price goes up or we sell out. Girlfriend Weekend sells out early every year so purchase your package today by calling 903-665-7520 or email thepulpwoodqueen@gmail.com.
